  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

  • Processing time typically takes 1–2 business days before dispatch.

  • We currently ship orders within the UAE.

  • For GCC and international shipping, additional fees and delivery timelines may apply. Please contact us prior to placing an order for details.

  • Within UAE: 2–4 business days.

  • GCC Countries: 5–10 business days (depending on customs clearance).

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout (based on weight, size, and destination).

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or above a certain value (if applicable).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Failed Deliveries
